Airport-to-station travel time is only one component. Add platform access, waiting, transfer walking and the final leg. A slower vehicle can produce a simpler total journey when it removes a change.
Payment and booking
Official 2026 visitor guidance marks foreign cards as usable for relevant AREX ticket purchases and airport-bound booking channels. Live availability and price should come from the operator or booking partner at the moment of purchase, not a static article.
Where T-money fits
A regular T-money card can be useful on ordinary transport after the airport transfer, but it does not make the separately ticketed AREX Express or every airport bus an ordinary covered ride. Keep the transfer decision distinct from the city transport-card decision.
