1. Check whether this is a supported visitor flow
NAVER publishes an English K-Must-Do reservation guide for overseas visitors and has announced passport-based identity verification for eligible foreign visitors. Those official capabilities do not mean every restaurant, experience or local booking accepts the same process. Open the exact product page, read its current eligibility and cancellation terms, and treat the venue’s live requirements as decisive.
2. Use your own account and real details only
Create and use your own NAVER ID when the supported flow requires one. Enter identity information only on the confirmed NAVER or venue checkout that asks for it; Korea Trip Tools never requests a passport number, phone number, email, payment card or booking record. Do not borrow an account, use another person’s Korean number or invent contact details to force a reservation through.
3. Follow a venue-supported fallback
If the supported NAVER route is unavailable, check the venue’s official site or contact channel, then a recognised global reservation service if the venue uses one. Keep the exact branch visible and compare the final price, deposit, cancellation window and arrival rule before paying. A failed NAVER attempt is not evidence that the venue is sold out or that a random intermediary is authorised.
