Prices
The physical card is ₩3,000≈£1.58. Official visitor guidance lists the short-term passes at ₩5,000≈£2.63 for one day, ₩8,000≈£4.21 for two, ₩10,000≈£5.27 for three, ₩15,000≈£7.90 for five and ₩20,000≈£10.5 for seven. A four- or six-day trip therefore needs a pass that over-covers or a sequence after expiry.
Coverage
The product covers Seoul-based subway lines and Seoul-licensed transit and town buses within the published range. It excludes services such as Sinbundang Line, GTX, intercity and airport buses. An unlimited pass is only valuable when the actual rides are inside that scope.
2026 transition
Seoul says 30-day prepaid recharging ends on 31 August 2026 and a residence-based Climate Pass launches on 1 September. Short-term passes remain available. VISITKOREA says the visitor product becomes limited to Seoul from 1 October, so travellers should check their trip date and route.
